About Creative Processes

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to help you take one step at a time toward your goal. We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We work with individuals needing support through life transitions, or who have found themselves stuck or needing to reconnect. We treat a number of mental health concerns and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

Life's transitions - both expected and unexpected - create change, which can be met with resistance. The change leads us to reexamine ourselves and our way of living. Transitions often start a new chapter of life, and we can find ourselves in a new role, place, or direction. We provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore the feelings that accompany adjustments such as fear, doubt, and uncertainty. During transitions, we often feel discomfort and disconnect with our environment and even ourselves. We walk with you through this challenging journey as you identify ways to process and let go of what was and move forward into what is and could be. We provide support as you adjust and regain your motivation and start to live your authentic self.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

We have an eclectic counseling style, and generally use a combination of empathy and solution-focused approaches with a Christian worldview. We draw techniques from CBT as necessary. We have a firm foundation in positive psychology. We believe in the power of gratitude, resilience, and using strengths to flourish. Our goal is to walk beside you in your journey and support you as you develop and progress toward your treatment goals.

We provide individual, couples, and family sessions to meet your needs. Counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. We also provide referrals if your needs change. We are here for you, Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you through our easy scheduling platform. Currently, we are booking online sessions only for individual counseling.
