Dr. Feldman founded Advanced Aesthetics, P.C. the largest Plastic Surgery practice on the southside of Atlanta which included a state-licensed accredited Ambulatory Surgery Facility. His practice gravitated from reconstructive to aesthetic surgery. He also founded Truffles Medispa as a non-surgical alternative to cosmetic surgery which has grown to one of the busiest injectable practices in the State of Georgia. Out of his sclerotherapy experience of the Medispa, he developed an interest in vein disease. Along with Brian Sapp, RVT, RVPH, he founded Truffles Vein Specialist which has grown to four locations and is one of the largest vein practices in the Atlanta Metro Region. After 34 years of practice, Dr. Feldman retired from Plastic Surgery and now devotes himself full-time to vein care.
