We are a full-service Opioid Treatment Program, which includes medication treatment for substance use disorder. Patients receive a physical exam and lab work on admission to the program, with the opportunity for ongoing appointments with a provider and counselor to help patients achieve their goals. We have on-site lab and EKG. Some patients additionally require medication bridges, which are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Self-pay - sliding scale available, and we will assist with obtaining insurance, if possible. We never turn patients away for lack of ability to pay. Medicaid - standard and managed care
