About Freedom Within Therapy and Wellness Center
Our mission is to provide quality care using a genuine, down-to-earth approach that incorporates compassion, humor, and authenticity. We strive to partner with our clients to help release their pain and restore their sense of freedom within. We use psychotherapy, also referred to as counseling, as a foundation for helping individuals, couples and families achieve their best selves. This can also be supplemented with alternative services in nutritional care, holistic health, and mindfulness practice. The mind does not exist in a vacuum and we understand that in order to treat any part of an individual we need to look at the bigger picture; taking into account the mind, body, and spirit as well as the influencing environment.
