About Golden Glades Treatment Center
At Golden Glades Treatment Center, our commitment is to offer opioid treatment services intended to assist patients in achieving optimal treatment outcomes and begin a life without heroin, fentanyl, or painkillers. Our primary treatment services include detoxification from opioids utilizing Methadone, Buprenorphine, or Suboxone. While in our program, each patient will see a counselor. Our counseling sessions include: group, individual, family, and couples therapy. The length of our program is 3 to 6 months.
Symptoms may include anxiety, fatigue, sweating, vomiting, depression, seizures, and hallucinations.
Treatment includes supportive care as well as medications to address symptoms and prevent complications.

• Neglecting responsibilities and commitments in relation to opioid use
• Using opioids under dangerous conditions
• Experiencing uncontrollable cravings
• Development of a tolerance; needing more of the drug to achieve the same effects
• Unsuccessful attempts at cutting down or quitting
• Experiencing withdrawal symptoms upon stopping or decreasing the use of opioids
• Drastic changes in behaviors and moods in relation to opioid use
• Decline in overall performance at work, school, or ongoing confusion or disorientation
• Exhibiting deceitful and dishonest behaviors in order to obtain more drugs
Golden Glades Treatment Center has a “Pregnant Patient Program,” which focuses on both the mother and unborn child. This program is individualized for each mother and monitored closely by educated professionals. Treating your opioid addiction can be a big step to take while pregnant, but doing so in a safe environment can improve the quality of life for both mother and unborn child.
For individuals with legal issues and are seeking treatment, we are able to work with you and your probation officer throughout your entire course of treatment.
