About Olive Branch Nutrition

We provide safe + secure, nonjudgemental care for those seeking recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating as well as assistance in maintaining recovery. Appointments are mainly online via a HIPAA-compliant portal but some services are available in-person as needed by request.

Just as one approach doesn’t work for everyone, neither does every Dietitian or Practitioner! Prior to booking an appointment, please feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We can work together to discuss your goals/needs and see if we’ll make a good team. We utilize an evidence-based, individualized approach to recovery with influences from the Mediterranean Lifestyle that incorporates aspects of building strong relationships, reducing stress, incorporating mindfulness/enjoyment at mealtimes, and promoting balanced movement.
