DOMUS Primary Care delivers unhurried 45–60 minute visits at your home or office, throughout all five boroughs of New York City. Virtual visits are available anywhere in NY State. One board-certified family medicine physician cares for the whole family — annual physicals, preventive care, urgent concerns, chronic disease management, diagnostic testing, and minor procedures. No waiting rooms. No logistics.
The practice is direct-pay with transparent pricing: $475 house call, $125 virtual visit, or membership at $250/month with $250 house calls and $50 virtual visits. Membership is not insurance. No insurance billing; superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement. The practice operates outside of Medicare.
