Dr. Ndika Elizabeth has 30 years of experience in Health Care Industry. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP) as well as a certified Family Nurse practitioner (FNP). Elizabeth practices at Caring Hands Medical Clinic where she utilizes her past acute care experience as a hospitalist and as a sole provider from other inpatient /outpatients' settings. Dr. Ndika assesses clients by using a holistic approach method. She understands that mental illness can be restored with proper management of medications and psychotherapy. Each client is unique with unique needs & that one size does not fit all.
