About ADHD Innovations, LLC
I work with clients ages 9+ Primarily my focus is on ADHD and trauma, however, I also have experience with depression, anxiety, attachment issues involved with adoption, and BPD. I work to help improve executive functioning levels by finding what areas are in need of support for the individual and/or family I am working with. I also do couples work where one or both individuals have ADHD and are struggling to relate to and understand one another. Improving communication is a top priority for all. My office is a place to come to feel heard and understood in order to improve the areas of challenge in your life.
I have a long background working with ADHD, trauma, and with the DCYF in primarily the Nashua and Manchester Areas. During my employment at a city agency, I performed all of the evaluations on children entering the foster care system. I can diagnose current issues and help you begin to tackle them. I am gently honest about what I see could use help.
I want ADHD Innovations to be a place where people feel they can come and discuss what is bothering them. A place with a neutral party that can view the full picture and helps end the battles on who is wrong, or what needs help. I work to be honest but gentle, about things that may or may not be working, even if you or your child feel they are.
