Our team of healthcare professionals offers an all-encompassing holistic approach through spiritual, emotional, medical, and therapeutic practices. Your entire team consists of a registered nurse, hospice medical director, primary physician, hospice aide, social worker, spiritual counselor, and complementary therapies. We offer 24/7 guidance and in-person support to personal homes, communities, adult care homes, and more.
The hospice Medicare benefit covers all of these services and the following:
Medications related to the hospice diagnosis and pain/symptom management
Durable medical equipment
Wound, medical, and grooming supplies
Incontinence supplies
Hospital bed sheets
Hospice team
Volunteer supportive services
Bereavement support
Massage. Reiki, Music Therapy, Aromatherapy
