Personal Care

An individual who provides assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, activities of daily living as specified in the plan of care. Services which are incidental to the care furnished, or essential to the health and welfare of the individual may also be provided. Personal care providers must meet state defined training and certification standards

Day Training/Habilitation

Passionate Care Community Support Services is a Day Training/Habilitation practice in Goldsboro, NC with healthcare providers who have special training and skill in creating and implementing customized programs to help patients participate in communities. Day Training/Habilitation Specialists at Passionate Care Community Support Services perform direct support for patients.
