About Coronavirus Testing Eureka Springs, AR at Washington Regional Family Clinic
If you are visiting one of these sites, bring a photo ID and a health insurance card (if available). There may be significant wait times and there are no bathrooms available at the testing sites. All passengers will be told to stay inside the vehicle the entire time.
Washington Regional Eureka Springs Family Clinic, located at 146 Passion Play Road, Suite A, will offer drive-thru screening for Coronavirus (COVID-19). Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. As patients enter the parking lot, they will be screened for symptoms of the Coronavirus.
