I provide a holistic, client-centered approach to supporting individuals through the transitions of life by customizing a treatment plan specifically to meet their needs and goals using best-practice evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methods. Developing a secure attached relationship with my clients allows space for them to begin the journey of self-exploration, self-compassion, and growth.
