About Sparkling Charms Dental Studio
We are a pediatric and general dental practice in Federal Hill, Baltimore, serving families across the city and surrounding communities. Dr. Irene Spates leads our pediatric team as a board-certified pediatric dentist.
Dr. Kheri-Ann Robinson leads our adult care. Together, they make it possible for the whole family to be seen in one place. We are family-owned and community-rooted. We are not a corporate chain.
Our Services
For children, Dr. Spates provides first-time dental visits for infants, toddlers, and kids, along with gentle cleanings and exams, cavity care, sealants, and fluoride and non-fluoride treatment options. We also offer dental X-rays, space maintainers after early tooth loss, and tongue and lip tie evaluations and correction.
For children who need extra support, we provide dental care for children with special healthcare needs, sedation dentistry, and emergency dental care including on Saturdays.
For adults, Dr. Robinson provides gentle cleanings and exams, restorative dental care, Candid clear aligners, and emergency dental care including on Saturdays. We accept Medicaid through the Maryland Healthy Smiles program.
What Patients Can Expect
Our office is calm and welcoming, designed with children in mind, with ceiling TVs and a sensory-aware environment. We explain everything before anything is done. There are no surprises, and there is no judgment, whether your child has cavities, anxiety, or complex needs. Parents are active partners in every visit, and our team is trained to work with anxious, sensitive, and special needs children at their own pace.
