More Information

In a nutshell, I help stressed out and depressed individuals, struggling and troubled couples, and those who put themselves last. If you feel stuck or are tired of recycling the same unresolved issues and patterns, therapy can help. You will learn to cope with and overcome these issues develop strategies for rebuilding your life, becoming more productive, and developing self-compassion. And in the process, you can also create healthier daily living habits and reset your life goals. My clients tend to be racial-ethnically, economically, professionally, sexually, and socio-economically diverse.

You will develop ways to: ● manage, cope, and even overcome anxiety, depression, and stress-related problems ● increase relationship intimacy, trust, and commitment ● learn life-long skills for understanding and regulating your emotions, mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, and interpersonal skills ● and create practical solutions that work for you.

I use brief, short-term therapy that is holistic (focus is on the mind-body-spirit—environment), and highly collaborative (we work as a team). Hopefully, you'll see our work as "sacred", meaningful, and life-changing. Finally, my goal is to be as human as possible—approachable, understanding, open, warm, compassionate, and occasionally witty.
