Dr. Vinson DiSanto entered the institution as one of the top 50 high school science students in the Philadelphia area, and he undertook coursework in advanced biology from 1972 to 1974. Then, upon transferring to Widener University, he served as Class Vice President and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology. After working for the General Foods Corporation and the Smith Kline Corporation, he returned to school and enrolled in the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Osteopathy. Dr. DiSanto continued his education with an internship at Phoenix General Hospital. Interested in expanding his training, Dr. Vinson DiSanto then studied in both the United States and Sri Lanka through the Open International University for Complementary Medicine, where he earned both a Doctor of Acupuncture and a Doctor of Philosophy in Traditional/Oriental Medicine. During this time, he also fulfilled a residency through the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. Drawing on this comprehensive education, Dr. DiSanto is Board Certified in Anti Aging and Rejuvenative Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He also has Clinical Nutrition Certifications from the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists, Clinical Nutrition Board and the International Association for Clinical Nutrition.
