About Alexander Goldman, MD, RVT, RPVI, FACP

Dr. Goldman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1995, and went on to complete his medical studies at Ross University School of Medicine, receiving his MD in 1999.

In 2002, Dr. Goldman completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Loyola University /West Suburban Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He maintains Board Certification in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Goldman maintains hospital staff privileges at both Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Centers.

After rigorous hands on training in the treatment of venous disorders in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Goldman went on to become one of the first physicians in the country to have passed the first ever comprehensive Phlebology (Vein Specialty) Board Certification Examination, which demonstrates his expertise and commitment to treating clinical conditions associated with venous conditions, such as spider veins, varicose veins, venous stasis ulcers and deep vein thrombosis. Dr. Goldman offers a variety of non-surgical, highly-effective methods for treating these conditions, including endovenous ablation techniques and sclerotherapy.

Dr. Goldman continues to be an active member of the American College of Phlebology, and maintains certification as a Diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. Dr. Goldman is also certified by the ARDMS as a Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). Dr. Goldman is wound care and hyperbaric oxygen certified by wound care experts from the University of Miami.
