Seeking a counselor can be a difficult and sometimes arduous task. It takes courage to look deeply at yourself and observe the patterns of thoughts and behaviors that may be creating obstacles to living a more satisfying life.

I come from a Christian perspective and integrate this into my work with clients with similar beliefs.

I am passionate about helping people to overcome the challenges of trauma and PTSD symptoms and to understand the influence of these on relationships. One of the treatment modalities I use is EMDR. This process allows us to target the neurological blocks that happen due to trauma and allow them to be rewritten providing a freeing and effective resolution.

My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative. I am not the expert in your life. My job is to help you find the strength and courage to heal. My goal is to help you do the work so you can live a life filled with peace, hope, and joy because that is what you deserve!
