As a therapist, I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions and traumatic experiences. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and will work with you to identify your goals and create your ideal treatment plan. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your goals and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapy. I received a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 2013 and am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the District of Columbia. I practice on site at Washington Health Institute and provide virtual or in-person sessions according to your preference.
