I help people who are seeking results fast. People have a desire to become something different and what most people don’t believe is that they have the ability to do so. I have worked in almost all areas of mental health. I know what works and what doesn’t. I incorporate elements of life coaching and counseling to step outside the boundaries of archaic therapy models and offer something new to people who are ready to change and tired of theories that don’t work. I always tell clients that the biggest mistake most people make is that they undervalue themselves and their abilities. Most issues can be resolved by examining two distinct concepts: what do you believe about yourself and what decisions are you going to make to encourage change?
