Logan Andrews, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in the Tri-County area and a graduate of Chiefland High School, Logan knows how difficult it can be to find access to affordable and reliable primary care services. Logan has been in the healthcare industry since 2007 in various roles and positions.
Logan received his Associate in Science in Nursing degree from Florida Gateway College and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Jacksonville University. After working many years in post-acute care in the skilled nursing and long-term care setting, he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Purdue University Global. He has worked as a nurse practitioner in multiple areas skilled nursing facilities, ALFs, and at both Lake City Medical Center and North Florida Regional Medical Center.
His main goal as a practitioner is to bring affordable and patient-centered medical care to those who need it most as he takes pride in being well connected to the members of his community. He is bringing primary care services to the comfort of your own home through our house-call program. No need to drive to your doctor's appointments! We can even have x-rays and bloodwork completed in your home! Currently accepting all patients with traditional Medicare Part B plans, Aetna, and Florida Medicaid. We also have a subscription plan available to those without insurance or with out-of-network insurances.
*In some locations, x-rays and bloodwork may not be available, so you may have to go to a nearby imaging facility like Doctors Imaging/Envision/Titan MRI or lab such as Quest/LabCorp.
