I am a licensed therapist who provides a safe nurturing environment for children, adolescents, and adults focusing on relationships, well-being, and mental health issues. I focus on topics such as life adjustment, depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, life transitions, ADHD, autism spectrum and neurodivergent individuals, and attachment issues. I specialize in trauma and childhood attachment issues which tend to impede emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. I also have an extensive background in assisting individuals with co-dependency.
I focus on healing with positive psychology by finding and resolving underlying issues rather than just putting a band-aid on the symptoms. I use a variety of research-based modalities that are effective and efficient, such as Positive Psychology, Play Therapy, Couples Conversations, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral
I strive on being accountable for my client's needs during their sessions. I believe that every individual needs personalized therapy based on their unique situations. I work to best fit my techniques and strategies to help increase the personalization of my therapeutic approach.
