I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years. I help clients identify and more fully develop the strengths and skills they already have. I utilize various evidence-based therapy modalities, techniques, and interventions to help clients heal, find wellness, and flourish. I'm experienced in a broad scope of clinical issues.
