I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jacqueline Roman, and I am an Adult Health Nurse
Practitioner. I currently practice at Optum Syosset Primary Care office. If you are looking for
a Provider to manage your chronic problems such as Diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, high cholesterol, ADHD, depression or even acute issues such as cough, cold, fever, headache or just to schedule a physical for your preventive screenings I can help. If you are looking to lose weight, I can also assist you with your weight loss journey. I can diagnose and prescribe you medications as needed.
A little bit about me, I completed my undergraduate and graduate work at Molloy College. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse at Huntington hospital for 10 years. After graduating and becoming board-certified in 2021, I began working at Optum Primary Care in Syosset.
