I have been counseling and providing therapy for over 30 years. Much of my experience has been with adolescents and adults managing the challenges in life and learning how to achieve personal goals and growth. Also, couples counseling has been offered to have people explore, trust, and talk in a safe environment about issues that may prevent their relationship from growing.
