Dr. Kevin L. McKamey is a 2009 graduate of the excellent chiropractic program at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology in 2007 he went on to graduate as a Doctor of Chiropractic after completing internships at the Montgomery Health Center and Logan Biofreeze Sports Rehabilitation Clinic as well as a residency at the Veterans Administrations Chiropractic Clinic located at the Jefferson Barracks VA Division of the St. Louis Regional Medical Center where he cared for veterans of all ages. Completion of his educational experience at Logan culminated with earning a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in late December 2009. Highlights of his Master’s training include residencies at Nutriformance in Frontenac, Missouri where he focused on athletic training and performance, and Parkcrest Orthopedics of St. Louis where he participated in the evaluation and treatment of sports-specific injuries under the guidance of sports medicine physicians (M.D. and D.O.) specializing in sports medicine, total joint replacement, arthroscopy, fractures, knee, and hip surgery, shoulder surgery and general orthopedics. Additionally, Dr. McKamey holds certificates as a Chiropractic Wellness Specialist from the American Chiropractic Association, Internal Health Specialist from the Loomis Institute, and LASER certification in Principles of Laser and Laser Therapy for Chiropractic Applications from the American Institute of Medical Laser.
