My name is Carrie Carda, a board certified OB/GYN with advanced training in hormone therapy, anti aging medicine, and hold a masters in metabolic medicine and nutrition. Nearly ten years ago I realized that not only were my patients overall health and metabolism was getting worse, but so were my immediate families, including my own family! Treating symptoms instead of searching for the root cause was something I no longer could take part in. I believe taking care of your self first from the inside, and then the outside. I didn't realize I would essentially be starting all over again with a fellowship in anti aging regenerative medicine, followed by a masters in metabolic medicine and nutrition. The journey has been long, but so rewarding. I have seen great changes in behavioral patterns and commitments to health and wellness.

I offer a variety of health services ranging from hormone therapy, skin care, nutritional counseling, weight loss, Botox filler and laser skin resurfacing.

It is my goal to teach America how to REALLY “Eat to live and not live to eat”, as we have fallen hard for fad diets, the quick fix, with little knowledge on just how bad for the body that popular dieting in the 21st century has become. First, one must recognize, understand, be guided, and only then will America's health status change.
