Struggling with Depression and/or Anxiety? Feeling unmotivated? Problems in relationships? Needing support? I’m here to help. During these times, it's important to know that there is help out there. I commend you for taking the first step. My hope is that you'll be able to begin the healing process while working with me. I work towards creating a safe space for my clients. I am supportive as well as I can challenge clients in order to help with therapeutic change. I use different types of approaches which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
I have experience with different issues including Depression, Anxiety, past trauma, stress, and grief. For over 15 years I’ve worked in different settings such as addiction treatment centers, dual-diagnosis programs, nonprofits, and private practice.
I have worked with different groups like teens (ages 14+), adults, families, the LGBTQ+ community, Veterans, and First Responders.
