My mission is to assist you in overcoming your symptoms and moving in the direction of greater peace, compassion, love, and joy. I enjoy working at change at the subconscious level using Focusing, Inner Child work, Soul-based qualities, Sacred Sound codes, Visualizations, and Soul-Based Lessons to help us move more into the Heart-Based qualities that bring healing. The prior patterns of functioning are honored as necessary for survival at the time. They have within them the "life forward movement" towards greater possibilities. These early stages of functioning can evolve from surviving to thriving in the same way the caterpillar evolves from its current stage to that of the butterfly. The earlier the trauma the more profound the Soul Lesson. For those open to spirituality, therapy can be an unfolding of one's spiritual gifts. For couples, it is important that each member of the couple gives and receives love, respect, and esteem. Both seek to have awareness of and empathy for the experience and needs of the other and both members of the couple are open and committed to mutual growth.
