I am a licensed professional counselor associate, ready to support adolescents and adults with a multitude of struggles. I am here to challenge and guide you through Life's demands, helping you to feel more empowered, become more accepting and aware of who you are as a whole person, and gain skills to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities. I have worked closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and those struggling with mood disorders, emotion regulation, and overall feelings of incompleteness. Additionally, I'm a Certified HeartMath Practitioner, and biofeedback can be incorporated.
My favored therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral and humanistic. I believe our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. Working with me ensures your true, authentic self is considered while unlearning the unhelpful patterned ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving you have become accustomed to. You are capable.
