I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a Life Coach. I am certified as a Master Addictions Counselor and a Counselor Supervisor. I am passionate about helping patients function at their absolute highest potential. In my clinical practice, I specialize in outpatient mental health services, opioid dependency therapy as well as individual. I work with adults, adolescents, and families, from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, addiction, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, and stress. The intent of a professional in the helping field is to focus on the client and work to find what is important. I aim for meaningful change that will improve the client's behavior and interactions. Outcomes must be defined, measurable, observable, and specific. It is extremely important for goals to be achievable and lastly to review the client's progress
My vision is to help people transform personal challenges and to make a difference in their lives through self-awareness. My goal is to walk with patients on their journey to self-discovery which will assist them in reaching their goals.
