Addiction is powerful but so are you! I believe that all people need sometimes is a little help remembering how much power they have within themselves. It is easy to fall into the trap of constantly feeling like you are not good enough. Developing a solid sense of self can be achieved by exploring your feelings, finding meaning in your life, and focusing on your strengths. My vision for the people I work with is to support them in finding freedom, rebuilding their lives, and using their strengths to reach their goals.
My professional goal is to help create a world where people are powerful, free, and know their worth. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and the founder of Rose City Counseling. I offer a safe, trusting environment free from judgment to support your recovery journey.
I take a humanistic approach with clients to foster a stronger sense of self-acceptance, self-respect, and self-love. We will become partners on a journey of meaningful growth.
