About Markay Bressler, MBA, RDN, CDN

Markay has spent the last 20+ years of her professional career focused on the body-mind connection. As a result, she has supported hundreds of clients through private counseling on topics related to struggles with: body, eating, weight, food, stress, and anxiety. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/N) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).

Markay graduated with a concurrent B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Food Science from Penn State and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She spent her early career working at Monte Nido, a leading national eating disorder treatment center. There she worked across several locations and the entire spectrum of levels of eating disorder care including: residential (RTC), partial hospitalization programming (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP). She takes a structured approach to assist individuals and their families as we navigate their unique recovery journeys.

Markay is now the Founder and Executive Director at All Voices and enjoys working with clients, their families, and her broader professional team in an outpatient setting. She has pioneered a novel pricing model to accommodate and support those on their healing journey.
