Teri Nava-Anderson is an experienced Childbirth Professional with over 30 years as an educator and researcher, assisted assisting families as they welcome a new baby since 2008 and training doulas and nurses since 2012. I offer prenatal, labor and birth, and postpartum doula support, with specializations in childbirth education, vaginal births after cesareans (VBAC), support for lactation and breastfeeding, and perinatal mood disorders. I am experienced with hospital, birth center, and home births, multiples, advanced maternal age, high risk pregnancies, fertility challenges, surrogacy, adoption, teens, trauma survivors, LGBTQ families, and more.
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and to have educational, physical, and emotional support throughout the childbearing year.
