I am a licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping men and women cope with a wide array of challenges including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and more.
I empower women and men to reconnect with their inner strengths and resources to overcome obstacles. I use a whole self approach, integrating the physical body, the mind, and the spirit. We will work together to rediscover your inner strengths and use those strengths to overcome what is standing between you and your goals. I look forward to working with you!
