In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of agency settings, including a crisis stabilization unit, a domestic violence shelter, and a community behavioral health program that serves individuals living with major mental illness in the community as well as in group living environments.
I utilize a variety of models to create customized treatments for my clients and will partner with you to find methods that work best for you. I describe my approach as humanistic (with an emphasis on accessing your true self in order to live the most fulfilling life) and believe that with the right tools, it is possible for anyone to improve their quality of life. I am experienced in working with people with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship and career difficulties, infertility, and major mental illness.
