After completing his Residency at the University of California, San Francisco and his Fellowship at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, he returned home to the Washington DC area to begin his professional career close to family and good friends.

Dr. Rothstein is an avid Redskins, Wizards and Capitals fan and loves to ski and spend time with his family.
