Hello, I am Ann White, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Multisystemic Therapist (MST), and Christian Counselor. I work with individuals and couples ages 18-90+ years of age in the State of Florida (clients must be physically in the State of Florida at the time of our consultation). I have over 22 years of experience counseling including telemental health counseling and in-person counseling in the State of Florida.
My approach to counseling is positive, strengths-focused, and collaborative. I am looking forward to working with you on your goals for counseling.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, stress, panic issues, depression, anger, anger de-escalation, marital communication, aging issues, life transitions (empty nest) issues, gaslighting, relationships and relationship building, Christian counseling, marital counseling, premarital counseling, marital separation, divorce recovery, ADD/ADHD, grief counseling, trauma recovery, women's health issues, blended families, military family issues, emotional components of disability and having a family member with a disability, and career counseling,
My hours are Monday-Thursday from 1-4 and 5-9 p.m. EST/ DST.
I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), the Florida Coalition for Optimal Aging (FCOA), Sigma Alpha Pi: The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences, and past Board officer for Delta Kappa, The International Marriage & Family Therapy Honor Society.
