I use a wide variety of theoretical approaches, techniques, and activities depending on the needs of the client. I look at myself as a guide that comes along your side to help identify things along your path. By bringing greater clarity to your surroundings, you will be able to respond and react to your surroundings in a more productive and meaningful manner. We will explore the events of your past that have impacted your life, but we will focus on the here-and-now and begin taking proactive steps into the future. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 18 years. I have been Supervising other counselors for 15 years. I have helped individuals resolve a wide range of internal conflicts and emotional issues. I am a firm believer that many emotional problems are interrelated. When personal issues are addressed in the appropriate manner, other areas of a person's life will begin to improve as well. During the counseling process, I focus more on the 'here and now' and preparing for the future. After knowing the importance of where one has been, I believe in moving on and taking proactive steps toward a better tomorrow. I use a wide range of theoretical approaches and techniques to best meet the needs of the individual.
