About Allison J. Gottsch, CCC-SLP, MA
I am a Speech-Language Pathologist working in the foothills of Colorado. I have been working in this field for 10 years serving children of all ages. I specialize in helping children improve their speech articulation, oral and written language, and social communication.
I received my Master's degree from the University of Colorado in May of 2008 and I worked in the public schools for 10 years. Throughout that time I specialized in teaching written language (reading comprehension and writing) and social communication skills. I am also skilled at improving speech articulation and oral language abilities (listening, speaking).
I currently hold a Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) through the American Speech Hearing and Language Association and I am licensed as an SLP in the state of Colorado.
I am proud to be a Colorado native and love to spend time camping and hiking in our beautiful state. I am also grateful to be able to work with children and help them make changes that will impact their lives in a lasting way. I believe all children can learn and that it is important to set challenging goals and not underestimate their potential.
