I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling to manage issues in their lives. I am intensively trained in a form of therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which helps clients to learn how to regulate their emotions, tolerate moments of distress, and how to get along and communicate with others. This form of therapy is highly effective with clients who struggle with depression, bipolar disorder, bulimia nervosa, borderline personality disorder, or clients who are suicidal or engage in self-harming behavior.
I am passionate about helping others and sharing my knowledge with my clients to help them develop a life where they feel empowered, are able to better handle stress, and are hopeful for the future.
