My name is Cassie Smith and I am a native of western North Carolina. I have been committed to the mental health field for over 10 years. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults. I have been certifications in Native American health, School Social Work, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have experience in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
