About Judith Pedersen, MS, BCBA, LBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience across various settings, I am passionate about providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including pediatric clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges.
Throughout my career at organizations like Golden Steps ABA and Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to create compassionate, evidence-based treatment plans. I take a data-driven approach, regularly reassessing clients to ensure treatment progress. With experience in behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and functional communication training, I strive to help my clients achieve meaningful and lasting behavioral change.
I specialize in providing direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that interventions are consistently implemented with high fidelity. In addition to client therapy, I am committed to empowering caregivers through family training, guiding them in applying ABA strategies in daily life to support generalization across settings.
My goal is to support my clients’ growth while fostering a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach to care. Whether working one-on-one with clients, training staff, or partnering with families, I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive, individualized ABA services that lead to success stories in behavior change and improved quality of life.
