My name is Sujal Ghelani. I am a dual board-certified adult and pediatric allergy and immunology physician. We opened Keystone Allergy and Asthma Center located in Exton, PA in 2024.

My previous experience as a hospital-based internal medicine physician affords me the perspective of whole-body centered allergy and immunology care. Our treatment approach focuses on the well-being and overall health of
our patients. We hold in high regard that a physician’s impact on a patient’s quality of life implies a sacred relationship.
