In addition, he has completed an internship at the Betty Hazelden Ford Foundation, completed advanced course work in addiction medicine including the Buprenorphine Waiver training and the ASAM Alcohol Withdrawal Management Series as a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and aided in the remodeling and teaching of the addiction medicine curriculum at Bastyr University.
