Kathleen Smith is the owner/operator of The Apothecary, a private practice in Easton Maryland. She is passionate about Alchemical and Classical Acupuncture and regularly follows the teachings of Jeffrey Yuen, Giovanni Maciocia, and Elisabeth Rochat de la Valle. She has professional interests in Acupuncture Origins, and how they can be applied to Modern Acupuncture Practices to treat Behavioral Health issues today. As a custodian of this living medicine, she has a keen interest in the development of the Practitioner’s Inner Landscape and Scholarly research in Classical Chinese Literature and Energy Work Integration.
Education
Kathleen Smith earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science. She earned her Master’s Degree and Certificate in Chinese Herbology at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida, Kathleen.
Katie is a 4 time Reiki Master, 9th Degree Reiki GrandMaster, and is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with the NCBTMB.
