Dr. Dave joined Midwest Center for Sight in 2015 and provides comprehensive eye exams, chronic and acute ocular disease management, surgical co-management, and specialty contact lens fittings. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL, and has practiced optometry in the Chicagoland area since 2005.

During her formal training, she completed externships in a variety of practice settings,that enabled her to work closely with diverse patient populations and ultimately gain valuable patient care experiences. She completed a primary care rotation at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, where she focused on diagnosing and treating ocular diseases. She also completed an externship at the Kirk Eye Center, a group ophthalmology practice in River Forest, IL, where she participated in comprehensive eye examinations, specialty contact lens fittings, cataract evaluations, and Lasik pre- and post-operative visits. Additionally, she completed externships at the Chicago Lighthouse and the Illinois Eye Institute, that allowed her to build a strong understanding in treating a broad patient base ranging from geriatric to pediatric patients.

Dr. Dave enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their 2 children and their extended family. She also enjoys travelling, reading, and giving back to the community. She has volunteered her time at the Community Health free clinic in Chicago's West Town neighborhood, providing comprehensive eye exam to diabetic patients. In addition, she has participated in numerous OneSight Vision Clinics to provide free eye exams and prescription glasses to Chicago school children.
