About Sharareh Namjoo, PsyD, LMFT
It has been my life's greatest pleasure to help my clients overcome obstacles in every stage of their lives and to achieve happiness and fulfillment. It is heart-warming to mentor others to work through their differences, difficulties, and conflicts. My 20 years of psychotherapy with diverse clientele and cultures have allowed me to fine-tune a wide variety of tools and treatment styles to help individuals and families through every challenging stage, and to help support parents with the necessary tools to guide their children and their teens during those turbulent years.
What happens to us in life does not define us, what matters is to heal, let go and build on our everlasting positive change. I am confident I can coach my clients to rise and defeat these challenges so they, in turn, can heal and build the lives they want to live. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and also DBT.
I am grateful for every opportunity I have to help make someone's life more fulfilled. I speak Farsi, in addition to English, and serve both Farsi and English-speaking clients. I see clients via Telehealth (Zoom).
