About Lillian S. Molayem, MEd, BCBA
My name is Lillian Molayem and I am a Los Angeles-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children, teenagers, and young adults achieve their goals, gain independence, and experience an improved quality of life. I have almost a decade of experience using behavioral strategies to teach skills (like social, play, communication, functional living, motor, and school readiness skills), and to address challenging behavior (like tantrums, aggression, and compliance issues), with the utmost sensitivity, care, and fun.
I entered the field of ABA in 2014 and began working as a one-on-one Behavior Therapist for individuals with autism. The profound transformation I was able to witness and actively contribute to lead me to obtain a Master’s degree in Special Education and ABA at the University of Washington. I received board certification in Behavior Analysis in 2018 and have been working as a Clinical Supervisor with Non-Public Agencies (NPA), in-home, school, and community settings, since. This year, I decided to open my private practice in Los Angeles, CA.
My philosophy of practice is such that the needs of your child and family, like people, come first! My priority lies not only in delivering the highest-quality clinical care possible, but also in delivering that care compassionately through a heart-centered, culturally-competent, and whole-systems approach.
