I have helped hundreds of people with psychotherapy for individuals and couples over 30 years of private practice. People say that they find me warm and approachable. I aim to help you reach the goals that you have set for yourself, like having better relationships, improving self-esteem, and reducing anxiety and/or feelings of depression. I know how utterly bad it is when you feel anxious or depressed. I help you develop coping strategies that will work for the specific difficulties that you are having.
